We are a new RV facility on 10 acres of land, just 5 miles SW of Chandler, TX on Hwy 317. This quiet, peaceful setting in the country is conveniently located just minutes from Chandler & only 15 miles from Tyler, TX. We are not a destination RV park. We are a community - a village, if you will. After all, the best destination is "home".

Every RV park has rules. At The Old Home Place RV Village, we have five simple rules we ask you to follow.

BASIC RV VILLAGE RULES

Only 2 small pets (cats or dogs), not to exceed 30 lbs each per campsite. Absolutely NO aggressive behavior pets allowed. (Regardless of breed)
No drugs allowed!
No discharge of firearms or fireworks at any time.
We have a "no tolerance" policy for "drama". Live peaceably with fellow campers.
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
