We offer pull through & back-in spaces, with 20, 30, & 50 amp electric service at each lot. We have FREE water & sewer, FREE garbage pick-up, & FREE Wi-Fi!
We are a gated village with a coded access entry. Owners/managers live on site. We have a doggie park, & a nice, clean little laundry. There's even a Book Nook! And there are picnic tables at each lot. There are firepit, horseshoes, a swing, & picnic tables back under the big oak trees. It's a great place to just hang out.
